Avenue des Fleurs is in fact the continuation of the élite Boulevard Victor
Hugo and it stretches west a short distance to Boulevard Grosso.
The roads surrounding Avenue des Fleurs and Grosso are known as the
"quartier des Fleurs" and the area is only a couple of minutes walk maximum
to the Promenade and the beaches.
It's a quietly elegant area with many older-style buildings (mixed with a
